Be prepared to have fun and learn at same time! Lots of hands-on where you will "learn by doing". Lighting and camera setups will be discussed and you will practice using our models with critique sessions to follow. You heard it right! The school is planning a workshop for fall 2010 in the heart of Italy's Tuscany Valley. We have partnered with a local travel agency and will be supported from our new destination photography studio located in Florence Italy.

Yes it is true! DP School of Photography 2010 fall Italy Photography Workshop Tour is announced. Wow and wow! again. We can accommodate 15 students for the Italy Photography Workshop. If you plan on attending please book soon. Once we get 15 the booking will close.

$1695.00 Per person double room occupancy

Depart to Florence Italy on Monday October 4, 2010. Return to USA from Italy on Friday October 8, 2010

Walkabout Photo Tours 2010

Discover Temecula Valley by photographing the unique aspects of our local community.

By Event - Jazz festivals, hot air balloons, rod-run, etc.
By Day - Old town, wine country, flora, trails, etc

PPA Certified Professional Photographer, Dan Pettus, will be your personal guide learning about aperture - shutter speed setting - what mode works best - how to adjust ISO for the best quality image and of course how to compose the image for the best results.

It’s a great way to follow up with other photo enthusiasts, to share your experiences and develop your skills further by fine tuning your techniques and opening your eye to creative possibilities. Feel motivated and inspired and enjoy in our walkabout tours in the beautiful Temecula Valley Wine Country.

We completed our first Walkabout Tour! Everyone enjoyed the day in Old Town taking photos and learning photography skills. Stay tuned for more tours!

Each Walkabout tour will be limited to 10 students for that 1:1 ideal learning experience. Fees will range from $35 to $45 for the two hour walkabout session.
